High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Cook handled raw shrimp and then clean plate without washing hands. Manager consulted cook on proper hand washing procedures.

High Priority - Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Employee on cookline grabbed raw shrimp and then cut cabbage without washing hands or using gloves. Observed same employee wiping hands on wet towel, and use same hands to handle clean dishes for serving with no hand washing. Manager consulted cook on proper hand washing habits.
