On line in reach in cooler; 4 tuna and 6 mahi completely thawed in sealed bags. In walk in cooler there are 10 mahi with bags cut open. Advised chef the must come out of bags.

Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Missing on right side of back door.

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. In far left cooler there are rags in the bottom of cooler that are wet. Person in charge took rags out and wiped cooler dry. Corrected On-Site
