High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. milk (53F,54F - Cold Holding) in small reach in cooler under counter under service window across from registers, per manager milks where put in cooler about 3 hours ago and the door to cooler has been consistently open during that time, milks put in walk in freezer. Corrective Action Taken
