High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. ranch (48F - Cold Holding) in overfilled containers in ice bath at front counter by register, per manager ranch was placed in ice bath 3 hours prior, ranch placed in walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
