High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. milk (49F - Cold Holding) in bottom section of reach in cooler at front counter, per employee milk has been consistently taken in and out of cooler for several hours, discussed placing milk on time control. individual cream cheese (51F - Cold Holding) in over filled container in top section of reach in cooler, per employee items have been there for several hours, top layer of cream cheese moved to different container. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Clean cups at front counter area.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee using the hand wash sink to wash and rinse knives.

Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Blue ice bucket stored on a milk crate behind the front counter not inverted or covered for protection. Operator inverted the ice bucket. Corrected On-Site
