High Priority - Food with mold-like growth. See stop sale. In the walk in cooler container of cooked pork with mold like substance growth. Operator discarded the container of pork. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. In the walk in cooler, container of raw pork stored over box of unwashed oranges. Operator relocated the raw pork. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee on the main cook line exit and return to the kitchen with gloved hands open the swinging doors, wipe gloves on towel and prepare food without changing gloves and washing hands.

In a bus tub next to the chip container in the waitstation area; salsa (49F - Cold Holding) placed out by employee 30 minutes prior but no ice surrounding the salsa container.
