Observed operator removing salads and placed them in walk in cooler.

High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed employee washing hands for less than 10 seconds. Discussed proper hand washing procedures with Operator. Corrective Action Taken
