Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed the operator only has an employee certification not a managers. - From follow-up inspection 2026-01-08: Operator was able to show email proof that they had a class scheduled but had to rescheduled after it was canceled by the Procter and has it rescheduled for the 22nd of this month. Time Extended - From follow-up inspection 2026-02-20: Observed no certificate at this time. Operator has tried and has yet to pass a food managers class to get their certificate. Admin Complaint

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed no numbers affixed to the outside.
