Grease build up present on hood above grill, debris present on door panel of glass door reach in cooler right side of cook line and grease/food build up on top of upright white freezers across from hot holding station in kitchen. Walk in cooler fan covers with debris present.

Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Upon inspection observed a large Arizona drink beverage can open next to pan of mushrooms in glass door reach in cooler right side of cook line. Operator corrected storage during inspection. Screen door in disrepair in back of kitchen, door handle missing on back door leading into outside walk in cooler area leaving area on door exposed to outside.
