High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Mop sink vacuum breaker is in incorrect location. Needs to be on non chemical side of splitter with black hose attached. Also, drain cover not on drain at mop sink.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Not able to get hot water at front hand wash sink after prolonged period of time running. Water only reaching 71F.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. 2oz to go container used as scoop in cinnamon sugar. Person in charge discarded. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Soda plates at drive through with mold like substance buildup.

Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Manager on duty during inspection with no proof of CFM training.

Basic - Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Container holding extra food under maketop with break. Also, to go sauce container used as scoop in cinnamon sugar. Person in charge removed. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup to left of fans in walk in freezer.

Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed one pair of tongs hanging from fryer area, employee moved to appropriate location. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Sanitizing solution for wiping cloths not free of food debris and visible soil. Sanitizing solution at make line dirty, person in charge replaced during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Soap dispenser at hand wash sink closest to front counter does not dispense soap.
