High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Can of raid on the prep table next to the flat grill. Operator stated it was used for flies. The raid was removed.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Under table at the pickup window.

Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris.

Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. 150 ppm.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Commercially made potato salad 45F.

Intermediate - Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Operator is using chlorine product; but has quaternary test strips.

Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.

Basic - Interior of microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Located on the prep table next to the grill.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Coke slaw 47F inside the black upright refrigerator

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Steak 112F, sautéed vegetables 108F. Product was put on the grill. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Packaged food not labeled as specified by law. Individual servings of peach cobbler on a table outside the unit. I explained to the operator her options of serving out of her Mobile unit or labeling the containers with the name of the product and where it was purchased from which would be her unit; because she packaged the individual containers.

Basic - Food stored outside. Containers of iced tea dispensers. The containers was moved to the inside of the unit.

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. License # 6351319.
