The manager voluntarily discarded food items. Food products that were recently delivered this afternoon were moved to other cold holding units. No other TCS foods remained in the walk in cooler. The manager stated he will contact a service technician to service the cooler. We discussed not storing TCS foods until the walk in cooler can consistently maintain 41 degrees or below. Warning
