Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed the door to the freezer not closing due to ice build up.

Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer and reach in cooler in bar area. Repeat Violation

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the hand washing sink near the breading station being soiled with food debris.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed jalapeños and seasoning in drain of hand washing sink next to 3 compartment sink at kitchen door entrance. Discussed with manger importance of only washing hands in a handwashing sink.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no hot water coming out of faucet at hand washing sink next to 3 compartment sink at kitchen door entrance.

Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up throughout the walk in freezer. A company came out during inspection to work on the freezer. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris build up on the shelves in the walk in cooler. Observed mold like substance on the back of the soda machine dispenser.
