Reach in cooler in front of grill: feta cheese (49°F); raw chicken (48°F); raw beef (49°F); dice tomatoes (46°F); beans (46°F); raw fish (48°F) per manager all food was moved in cooler from walk in cooler at 11:00am. Advised to move back to walk in cooler. Advised to use time as a public health control on unit that not holding temperature on food. Repeat Violation
