High Priority - Raw animal food stored in same container as ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken breast and cooked turkey both thawing in same standing water in three compartment. Explained and employee moved raw chicken breast to another compartment. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Macaroni and cheese 51 spinach dip 46 thawing at room temperature in prep sink by walkin cooler. Raw chicken breast( still frozen solid) and cooked turkey ( 50 f) both in same water thawing in standing water in three compartment sink. Employee turned on the faucet for raw chicken breast and moved spinach dip,macaroni and cheese and cooked turkey to walkin cooler to cool quickly.
