Moved into freezer to cool down. Rechecked 45 mins later at 41F Corrected On-Site - From follow-up inspection 2023-06-27: -cooked poultry 43-45F, shredded cheese 44F, raw fish 43F, cooked peppers 46F ambient cooling per statements)inside unit under grill. Manager stated prepped at 830-900am, called for ice to be added to pans, advised to monitor line and rely on other units if drawer cooler does not allow for ambient cooling from prep to reach 41F within 4 hours.. Violation is Time extended u til next unannounced inspection. Time Extended Corrective Action Taken
