Employee took cash payment and without washing hands employee began to scoop ice cream and handle whip cream cap and can. Discussed with operator who washed hands. Corrected On-Site

In reach in cooler milk (50F - Cold Holding) per operator product not portioned or prepared today removed from cooler left on counter for approximately 15 minutes discussed with operator who moved milk to freezer to chill. High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In kitchen spray bottle of window cleaner stored above single service spoons and straws. Discussed with operator who moved cleaner. Corrected On-Site
