Burritos 9:00am, prepared 6:30 (53F-57F - Cooling); Burritos 9:20am (53F-57F - Cooling) in walk in cooler. Burritos are wrapped in paper and stored in enclosed covered and stacked plastic containers. At this rate Burritos will not reach 41F within 4 hours. Operator placed uncovered Burrito containers next to each other in walk in freezer for rapid cooling. Corrective Action Taken
