Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed conveyor belt on bottom has old food debris left on the surface ( pizza oven) majestic shop.

Intermediate - Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Expired 9/28/23

Basic - Accumulation of lime scale on the inside of the steamer.

High Priority - Heat strip failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface and/or high temperature holding thermometer did not reach 160F. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Checked the dishmachine three times not sanitizing properly recommend to notify engineering. Engineering found electrical problem continue working on the dishmachine, one element burnt out in rinse cycle. The operator will be using pot wash machine temporarily use until main dishmachine working properly. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed transport cart stored in front of hand wash sink located near blast chiller, cast member moved at time of inspection . Corrected On-Site
