High Priority - Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Observed one lizard near restroom in lobby area.

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In top of flip top reach in cooler on cook line, one raw shelled egg stored in pan with uncooked snap peas. Employee moved raw egg into egg pan. Also, in small reach in freezer behind cook line, plastic wrapped container of raw chicken on commercially bagged raw shrimp. Operator moved container of raw chicken. Also, in long reach in freezer behind cook line, multiple plastic bags or plastic wrapped containers of raw chicken in top of bagged raw beef and commercially bagged noodles. Operator began to rearrange freezer. Also, in metal reach in freezer, metal tray of raw chicken over trays of raw beef. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
