High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On buffet line, scrambled egg (126F - Hot Holding); baked potatoes (127F - Hot Holding). Employee in charge of breakfast stated items have been out approximately 3 hours. Employee will turn warmers up more from now on. Corrective Action Taken
