During the time of the inspection, observed establishment added a dry storage area, prep station, three compartment sink, and mop sink. Inspector did not observe hand washing sink in the prep area. Observed outside nearby the office underneath a roof structure with no walls or any protection from environmental contamination: unprotected reach in freezer with food for the customers stored inside: shrimps, raw fish, green peas, and calamari. Observed next to the women's restroom, the dry storage area with dry goods, stand up reach in cooler with stone crabs, raw fish, and cooked beans stored inside. During the inspection, observed employee cutting raw fish in the additional prep area on a prep table in front of the three compartment sink. Observed property has a food truck on site and added a additional tin roof, additional prep area, additional dry storage area, outside reach in freezer with food for the customers stored inside.
