High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the kitchen area fried chicken (123F - Hot Holding). Per operator less than two hours. Operator will reheat the chicken Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed at the service area that the hand wash sink is used to dump old drinks. Found a cut lemon and a straw in it. Operator removed the lemon and the straw Corrective Action Taken
