High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken wings (64 F - Cold Holding) inside the walk in cooler. As per operator chicken wings were outside for above 2 hours. Operator placed chicken wings inside walk in freezer to bring temperature down. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed cheese cake not date marked at the reach in cooler at the front counter.
