Observed female employee located at the front counter with soiled gloves touched personal glasses and then touched clean dish with soiled gloves. Operator was coached to change gloves and wash hands. High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. See stop sale. Observed tray of Ham and Cheese croissants, and a tray of beef pie with no time control label at the front counter on top of the hold holding unit. Operator discarded. Basic - Clean and soiled linens not stored separately from one another. Observed soiled linen next to clean prep-ware on a shelving unit located near the prep table and hand wash sink, in the main galley area.
