Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed metal containers at ware washing area wet nesting. Manager removed containers to wash. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed cook handle raw beef patties in kitchen area then touched fry basket without washing hands.

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee wearing a watch while handling food at fry station.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At front line observed butter spread (50 F - Cold Holding), as per manager for just 30 minutes. Employee added ice to the container to rapidly cool. Corrective Action Taken
