High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in front counter: shredded lettuce (50°F - Cold Holding); beef steak (51°FF - Cold Holding); ham (49°F - Cold Holding); chicken breast (50°F - Cold Holding). As per Manager the establishment AC failed one hour back and the temperature increased in the establishment. Operator called AC technician who is coming in one hour. Operator put ice bags over foods containers. Corrective Action Taken
