Observed approximately 40+ live flying insects flying and landing on shelf underneath steam table where tortilla chips are stored across from cook line inside kitchen. Observed approximately 8+ live flying insects flying around reach in cooler and landing directly on top of sliced tomatoes and sliced onions in flip top portion of reach in cooler inside kitchen across from stove top. Observed approximately 50+ live flying insects flying in dish area underneath dump sink and dish machine, landing on spray hose, dirty dishes and on top of dish machine.
