Observed butter (60F - Cold Holding) stored in the cooler as per operator less than 1 hour. - From follow-up inspection 2022-01-11: Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter (50F - Cold Holding), milk (48F - Cold Holding) cream cheese (49F - Cold Holding) in the cooler as per operator less than 2 hours. Admin Complaint

Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Observed the lay out of the establishment does not match with the plan on file approved on 10/18/13. Observed expresso grinder and smoothie blender located between the expresso machine and the 3 compartment sink and no by the hand sink as the original plan showed. Observed operator moved the display refrigerator against to the wall, this cooler used to be located by the cash register.
