High Priority - Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employees pushing the flow straightener device with dirty hands to activate the running water , then, pushing again after rubbing their hands with soap to rinse them . It causes cross contamination of their hands to continue working with food. Person in charge , asked the employees to wash their hands in a different hand sink until fixed . Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed outdoor wall hose connection with missing backflow preventer .
