High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed mac and cheese at 122 F inside steamer, per operator less than two hours. Operator increased the temperature to reach 165 F. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Water pressure lacking at fixtures that require the use of water. Observed at the hot water at handwashing sink next to fryer.

Observed French fried (102°F - Hot Holding), corn (124°F - Hot Holding), Mac and cheese (124°F - Hot Holding) at hot holding unit. At for the manager for less than one hour. Manager reheating the corns to 167°F and discarded the French fried and Mac and cheese. Corrective Action Taken
