Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed almond milk at reach in cooler in front customer area. Per operator, opened more than 24 hours. Operator dated almond milk. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Prep area.

Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Frontline/corrective action taken/operator changed water and added new chlorine sanitizer to 100/ppm. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chlorine test papers.
