High Priority - Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed the flip top cutting board was not cleaned after a staff member leaned across it and the sweater dragged on the board. The board was then cleaned and sanitized. The sweater was adjusted to not touch again. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed the outside water connection with a splitter, lacks back flow devices at each connection.
