Observed frozen raw steaks stored over raw potatoes and French fries in reach in freezer in the kitchen. Operator removed steaks and placed them in walk in freezer. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed in hand washing sink by the prep table. Operator placed the soap. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed no splash guard on hand washing sink by dish machine. Water was splashing on clean lids stored on the shelf next to hand washing sink. Operator removed lids to be cleaned. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed hanging faucet from the wall, not firmly attached to the wall, in food prep sink at the prep area of the kitchen.
