Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed a black mold like substance on the ice drop tray inside the ice machine. Operator cleaned out machine and tray. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed a hole in the wall under the handwashing sink in the back kitchen.

Basic - Waste line missing at soda gun holster. Observed the waste line missing on the soda gun at the bar. Operator replaced the line. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the hood filters with a grease build up.
