Opened cheesecake on display inside prestige case at front counter without date mark. Manager stated it was opened six days prior and voluntarily discarded it during this inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Choking poster not posted inside restaurant. Manager hung a choking poster on the wall during this inspection. Corrected On-Site
