Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed a mold like substance on the frozen drink machine in the back of the restaurant. .

Basic - In-use utensil stored in sanitizer between uses. Observed ice cream scoops being held in sanitizer solution prior to next use.
