Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink in the kitchen was blocked by a basket of smallwares sitting on the basin. Employee put the basket away. Repeat Violation

Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Packages of Publix chicken are stored commingled with food for sale to the public in a reach-in cooler in the kitchen. Explained to employees that Employee Food must be segregated, clearly marked and stored below and away from food for sale to the public.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Blender in the kitchen is in poor repair. The exterior casing is repaired with tape, rendering it no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
