Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Coffee filters stored uncovered on top of coffee machine. Box of single service cups stored on floor.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Splitter added to mop sink faucet without proper use of vacuum breaker. Operator removed the splitter. Corrected on site Also observed no vacuum breaker on hot water heater drainage hose.
