High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Two gallons of iced tea discarded due to facility being under a boil water notice. Brewers can not boil water sufficiently to meet requirements.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair: plastic bin lid for bulk sugar severely cracked.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. 29-42-4 Observed: Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker is required on the hose side of the "Y" connection at the mop sink. This is a repeat violation from 9/16/2021 and 7/19/2022. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed front handwashing sink blocked by personal food and drinks and chemical spray bottle. Employee moved items away from sink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed personal banana, plastic personal food container stored commingled with food for sale to the public in the walk-in cooler. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed ice scoop stored by the large ice machine with label still attached. All labels should be removed to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface and to not allow bacterial growth.
