Observed employee washing hands between task rinsing off soap after rubbing hands approximately 5 seconds. Spoke with employee about proper handwashing techniques, employee rewashed hands correctly before returning to work. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed Lexx Liquid Sanitizer and Cleaner Concentrate from Pronatural Brands being used in sanitizer bucket for wet wiping clothes. No chemical test kit available to test proper chemical concentration of this chemical. Recommend to discontinue use until test strips are ordered.
