Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin located in the very left server station.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed scoop in seasoning with no handle in kitchen area next to hand sink.

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed handle of ice scoop in bin with ice in server area very left of restaurant.

Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed food with beginning date mark when prepared but no ending date mark. Informed operator of the correct way to date mark. Operator changed date to proper way. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed cheese sticks in walk in freezer not closed to prevent from contamination.
