High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Ran dish machine multiple times, chlorine tested at 0ppm. Operator setup three compartment sink with quaternary ammonium to manually sanitize food contact surfaces and contacted the service company at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken
