Operator contacted service company and set up three compartment sink at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. three compartment sink at the bar. Operator remade solution to 50 ppm. Corrective Action Taken
