High Priority - Employee used tobacco, ate, or drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee drank from a personal beverage and did not wash hands or change gloves before handling food for customers. Discussed proper handwashing with employee. Employee changed gloves, washed hands, and more new gloves at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Water is dripping from ice onto sealed containers of apple cider vinegar, corn syrup, bread, and a box of tomato ketchup. All foods are sealed and not contaminated from dripping water advised manager to relocate all food items away from dripping ice for protection.
