Observed one employee on front line with glove hands, dispose multiple empty raw shell eggs into garbage, then handled food grade wrapping paper on front line without first washing hands. Discussed proper hand washing with employee and manager. Employee removed gloves, washed hands and wore new gloves at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken
