Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.

Intermediate - No tag on/for original container of raw, in-shell oysters. Operator removed the tag this morning and able to put it back to the original container. Corrected On-Site
