Basic - Dumpster rusted out on bottom. Observed behind the dumpster on the bottom is rusted and has an opening.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stack of pans in the walk in cooler with water in between and not air drying properly on the shelf. Repeat Violation

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed in the back storage area underneath shelve the floor is soiled.

Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Three ceiling tiles are missing in the dining area.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed keys in a food prep area, operator moved. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee with bracelets on while working in food prep area.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed a stack of pans that are wet in between on the shelf in the walk in cooler.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler not working and the gasket is torn on the bottom of the walk in freezer.

Basic - Floors not maintained smooth and durable. Observed floor is not smooth or durable in corner of kitchen near drive thru.

Basic - Light shield damaged/in disrepair. Observed in the men's bathroom light bulb needs to be changed.

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed chicken in reach in freezer in a container without a lid on it, employee put lid on it. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed building on the fan covers in the walk in cooler. Repeat Violation
