Basic - Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed chlorine added to wash water and no chlorine in rinse water. Explained and refilled wash water no chlorine added chlorine to rinse water at 50ppm. Corrected On-Site
