Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location. Observed food handler training for Jovanna Butts 05/31/2022 but no manager certification training. Informed operator of the requirement for a manager certification. No other employee has a manager certification at this time. Stacy Reyes is the current person in charge with no manager certification at time of callback inspection. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2023-04-18: Operator, Jovanna Butts, is working on completing the certified food manager course and will have it completed by next week. Observed Refried Beans (68F - Cold Holding at 11:40 AM) in reach-in cooler across from service window. Operator stated the beans had been in the cooler overnight. See stop sale. Warning
